By using FitoCalc, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

2. Nature of the Service

FitoCalc is a support tool for calculating doses of plant protection products. The results are for indicative purposes only and do not replace:

• Reading and complying with the product label
• Advice from qualified technicians
• Compliance with current legislation
• Training in the Application of Plant Protection Products (PPP)

3. User Responsibility

The user is solely responsible for:

• Verifying the accuracy of entered values
• Confirming results with label recommendations
• Complying with all safety standards and applicable legislation
• Ensuring that they have the necessary training and qualifications

4. Limitation of Liability

FitoCalc is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:

• Calculation errors resulting from incorrect data
• Damage caused by improper use of the application
• Losses or damages arising from the use or inability to use the application
• Problems resulting from compatibility with devices or browsers

5. Intellectual Property

FitoCalc, including its design, code and content, is the property of Francisco Neto. Personal and professional use of the application is permitted, but not its reproduction, modification or distribution without authorization.

6. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Portugal.
